Within Australia: Flat rate of $15
New Zealand: Flat rate of $25
International: Flat rate of $37
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. 
All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Within Australia:

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm EST. 
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 
We use DHL Express to send our goods to you and although this is an express delivery method, it can sometimes be delayed due to matters out of our control.
For people ordering in Metro areas, please allow 2-3 working days.
For people ordering in Rural areas, please allow 3-5 working days.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be supplied.

International:

We ship to all Countries using DHL Express.

Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel.
A tracking number will be sent to you Via Email upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Zigilane does NOT offer refunds on goods due to a change of mind.
We can only exchange items for a different size if stock is available.
Please contact Zigi@zigilane.com with your return query so that our returns team can arrange for your exchange/ Credit to be processed as soon as possible.
For Australian returns, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase. For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping. 
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Allow another 7 days for the exchange to be processed.  
Zigilane thoroughly checks all garments before they are sent out, however in case of an unlikely faulty garments please email Zigi@zigilane.com so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

Sale items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

When returning goods, please enclose:

A return address will be supplied once a return request has been generated.

Please note that Zigilane does not cover the return postage costs; this cost is at your own expense.
Zigilane is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. 
We recommend using Australia Post Express or Registered International Post to return garments to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number.
